My garden is a continuous work in progress, much to my husband's dismay. However, some things just "click" as does this pink garden peony and yellow flag iris. The peony was a division from a friend and has done so much better than some of the expensive plants I bought from a peony center. The yellow flag were planted long before I found they were considered an invasive threat to northwest wetlands. We're not near one, so they live quietly in my drier garden plot. Two textures were used, one from 2LO Chic Papers, and one from the Redfish Watercolor Collection.

I've always been interested in art. I started with pastels and watercolors, moved on to photography, and have recently discovered the creative joys of computer art. I live in a small town forty miles northeast of Seattle, where the country meets city and the living is relaxed. I love to travel and gain experiences and inspiration from the many countries I have visited, that are reflected in my work. I have won awards for my photography and fractal art and continually strive to improve my skills, always looking forward to the next adventure.
