Artist's Description

To me, nothing quite beats fresh scallops lightly sauteed for a real taste treat. Most of the scallops in my market are pre-frozen and full of water, and don't cook up as well. But in a fresh seafood market you can get them as they are meant to be, on the half-shell with the roe still attached. Picture taken in Paris, France.

About Victoria Harrington

Victoria Harrington

I've always been interested in art. I started with pastels and watercolors, moved on to photography, and have recently discovered the creative joys of computer art. I live in a small town forty miles northeast of Seattle, where the country meets city and the living is relaxed. I love to travel and gain experiences and inspiration from the many countries I have visited, that are reflected in my work. I have won awards for my photography and fractal art and continually strive to improve my skills, always looking forward to the next adventure.
