The blue passion flower, P. caerulea, is a tropical vining plant native to South America. It is very fragrant but the small fruits, while edible, are quite bland. I photographed this flower in the gardens at the Ballard Locks in Seattle, WA. The texture I used is from the Daily Textures Illumination Collection, and was modified by me.
